Description:
The phased locked oscillator (PLO) periodically went out of lock. This results in 
increased noise level. The increased noise level does not affect data when the echoes from clouds 
are stronger.
Suggestions: 
There is no correction that can be done in post processing. When there are cloud 

echoes stronger than the increased noise there are no issues. The issues is more pronounced 
when its clear air conditions.
