SGP/IRT/C1 - Reprocess: Data Corruption

The sgpirt25mC1.b1 metadata for the first 15 days of 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 are 
corrupted resulting in:

  * the PSP and IRT serial numbers are incorrectly reported (e.g. 0 and -4)
  * the IRT offset value reported looks like the serial number of the PSP
  * the calibration numbers of the PIR, PSP and IRT are all nonsense values
  * the PIR calibration is reported as a single number, not the 5 Kn numbers
