Description:
The data collection computer lost communication with GPS for the affected time period at 
this site. The instrument time is not correct causing the data to be up to 30 minutes 
behind actual time by the end of the affected time period.  The time shift is not linear and 
no known time correction could be applied to the affected data streams.
