SGP/EBBR/E11 - Reprocess: Sensible and Latent Heat Fluxes Incorrect

A wiring mistake caused the top and bottom temperature measurements to be incorrect (top 
and bottom relative humidity probe temperatures used to determine vapor pressure were 
correct). Thus the sensible and latent heat fluxes were not correctly calculated.
