Description:
CSU group is working towards developing a multi-instrument CCN data product that covers SS 
from 0 to 10% as part of their ASR funded VAP development project. They needed 
historical CCN data to test and develop this product. Particularly they need ARMs avg and spectra 
data products from year 2012 and 2013. 

We will process the SGP C1 CCN data from the raw data through and including the 
sgpaosccn1colspectraC1.b1 datastream.
