Reprocess: netCDF header corrupt - site E22

From 97/06/18 to 97/06/27 the header on the netCDF file for site E22
was corrupted.  The data
itself is OK, only the header is bad.  The bad header was caused by
a typo in the so-called SolarInfo file.  The part of the header that is
corrupted describes the seven channel wavelengths for the MFRSR; 
for the seven channels these shoud be:
1) Si 
2) 414.4 nm
3) 501.5 nm
4) 614.8 nm
5) 672.4 nm
6) 869.7 nm
7) 938.6 nm
