Description:	Icing conditions at E1 caused the wind speed to be questionable starting at 0600 GMT on 16 MAR 98. By 1310 GMT, the icing caused the propellor to quit. Recovery date and time unknown because power outage caused loss of data. The questionable data are documented in another DQR.
