Description:
On December 17, 1998, the station ALVA was moved from 36.7797, -98.6717, elevation 450 m. 
to station ALV2 36.7083, -98.7075, elevation 439 m. but the data files contain the old 
station name and the old station latitude longitude and elevation until we received the 
June 1999 quality assured files.
