SGP/EBBR - EBBR E20 Data Incorrect from SHF #5

something, since the problem began during J-panel changeout the 4/7/99 PM.
At the 7/21/99 PM, the reference temperature was repaired and reseated.  At
that time the SHF #5 data became correct again; the two events are probably
related only in that other connections, including that of the SHF #5, were
probably reseated at the same time.  The report of the PM activity is not
detailed enough to determine the exact causes and fixes.

The incorrect SHF #5 data can be identified by it being an order of 
magnitude larger than the values from the other soil heat flow sensors.

Affected data are:

5 minute:  none
15 minute: mv_hft5
30 minute: shf5, c_shf5, g5, ave_shf, e, h

• Soil heat flow 5, corrected for soil moisture(corr_soil_heat_flow_5)
• Surface soil heat flux 5(surface_soil_heat_flux_5)
• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Soil heat flow 5(soil_heat_flow_5)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
