SGP/EBBR/E26 - Left T/RH Probe Temperature Data Incorrect

Left T/RH probe temperature is frequently offscale during the period.
Examine the data (compare with the the T/RH right temperature) to determine
which times are incorrect.  Replacement of the probe on 29 June 1999 
solved the problem.

Affected data are:

5 minute:  tair_bot, tair_top
15 minute: tair_l
30 minute: tair_bot, tair_top, e, h, bowen

• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)

• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
