SGP/EBBR - EBBR E25 Thermocouple Temperatures Incorrect

Thermocouple temperature data was incorrect during the period, for unknown 
reasons. 

Affected data are:

5 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot
15 minute: tair_r, tair_l
30 minute: bowen, e, h, tair_top, tair_bot

• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
