SGP/EBBR- EBBR E15 Air Temperatures Incorrect

When the reference temperature sensor was being replaced, the left and
right thermocouple air temperatures and humidity probe temperatures 
were incorrect.

Affected data values were:

5 Minute:  tref, tair_top, tair_bot, thum_top, thum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot
15 minute: rr_tref, rr_thum_l, rr_thum_r, tair_r, tair_l
30 minute: tref, tair_top, tair_bot, thum_top, thum_bot, vp_top, vp_bot,
           bowen, e, h

• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_bottom)
• Reference temperature in enclosure(temp_reference)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_top)
• Bottom T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_bottom)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Reference temperature in enclosure (resistance ratio)(temp_reference_rr)
