SGP/EBBR - EBBR E20 Right Air Temperature Incorrect

The right air temperature (thermocouple) output was frequently offscale.
Examination of the 15 minute data will clearly show which times are
affected during the period.

The affected data are:

5 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot
15 minute: tair_r
30 minute: tair_top, tair_bot, bowen, h, e

• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)

• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
