SGP/EBBR - EBBR E8 Left Air Temperature (thermocouple) Incorrect

The left air temperature (thermocouple) frequently went offscale, for an
unknown reason, thereby affecting many quantities.

The affected data are:

5 minute:  tair_bot, tair_top
15 minute: tair_l
30 minute: tair_bot, tair_top, bowen, h, e

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
