SGP/SONDE - Questionable absolute pressures

The sonde surface pressure reading was considerably higher than the
corresponding THWAPS pressure (988.0 hPa vs 982.3 hPa).  The sonde
readings are consistent during the sounding, however, suggesting that
this is not a case of a pressure jump at launch but one of sensor offset.
This problem will only affect those who use the absolute pressure values.
The file altitudes, which are based on the relative pressure changes
from the surface, should be fine.
