TWP/SKYRAD/C1 - Reprocess: Calibration error

The following incorrect calibrations values were input into SKYRAD and GNDRAD loggers:

This error occurred because several calibration coefficients are reported and the wrong 
one was used.  The 45-55 degree (solar zenith angle range) value should be used. At 
approximately 02 GMT on 19990304, the calibrations were corrected. 

Data will be reprocessed (RID-52).
