SGP/TWR/C1 - West-side 60m RH too high

The RH at the 60m level of west-side was above 105% during the indicated period and 
drifted to as high as 143.1% for a few minutes midday on 2/14/01.  It is unknown why the sensor 
drifted so high in saturated conditions.
