SGP EBBR E20 - E20 EBBR Right Air T Incorrect

The right air temperature probe was incorrect while
connections for it were checked.  Bowen ratio, sensible 
heat flux, and latent heat flux were incorrect as a result.

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_bottom)
• Top vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_top)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
