DataStreams:sgp30ebbrE25.b1, sgp15ebbrE25.b1
Description:
Soil Heat Flow probe #5 gave incorrect measurements; the measurements were
either too low or low offscale.  Average soil heat flow, sensible heat flux, and latent 
heat flux were therefore also incorrect, but can be calculated from the
remaining correct soil heat flows.
