SGP/50RWP/C1 - Reprocess: overlapping files

The 50RWP.C1 data for 990625 was split across
several files.  The last two files for this 
day, 990625.060148 and 990625.090140 have a
small amount of overlap.  The overlap data
appear to be the same.  Both these files also
contain unique data not available in other
archived data files.

Users should be aware of the overlap and take care not to
double count the overlapping record values.
