SGP/EBBR/E13 - Reprocess: E13 EBBR Soil heat Flows #1 and #2 Incorrect

Soil Heat Flow probes #1 and #2 were incorrect during the
indicated period (and for some time afterward, to be covered in another
DQR).  Outputs from the probes were typically too large negative or 
too large positive.

The soil, sensible and latent heat fluxes can be recalculated using the
information from the three good soil sets and the equations below.

ave_shf = (g3 + g4 + g5)/3

e = -(ave_shf + q)/(1 + Bowen)

h = -(ave_shf + q + e)

• Soil heat flow 1 (mV)(soil_heat_flow_1_mv)
• Soil heat flow 2 (mV)(soil_heat_flow_2_mv)

• Surface soil heat flux 1(surface_soil_heat_flux_1)
• Surface soil heat flux 2(surface_soil_heat_flux_2)
• Soil heat flow 1(soil_heat_flow_1)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Soil heat flow 1, corrected for soil moisture(corr_soil_heat_flow_1)
• Soil heat flow 2, corrected for soil moisture(corr_soil_heat_flow_2)
• Soil heat flow 2(soil_heat_flow_2)
