SGP/EBBR/E13 - Reprocess: E13 EBBR Soil Temperature #4 Incorrect

Soil Temperature #4 was often incorrect, typically too large negative,
during this period, causing other measurements calculated with
it to be incorrect also. This was caused by a bad multiplexor channel,
which was discovered by the vendor during recalibration of the unit
later.

The soil, sensible and latent heat fluxes can be recalculated using the
information from the four good soil sets and the equations below.

ave_shf = (g1 + g2 + g3 + g5)/4

e = -(ave_shf + q)/(1 + Bowen)

h = -(ave_shf + q + e)

• Soil temperature 4 (resistance ratio)(soil_temp_4_rr)

• Surface soil heat flux 4(surface_soil_heat_flux_4)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Half hour averaged soil temperature 4(soil_temp_4)
• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Change in energy storage 4, 0-5 cm soil layer(energy_storage_change_4)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
