SGP/EBBR/E13 - Left T/RH Probe Temperature Incorrect

Description:
During much of the indicated period the Left T/RH Temperature was
incorrect.  Because the home signal was between 0 and 3, the 
temperature was incorrect when the AEM was at the bottom position,
but was correct when the AEM was at the top position.  This was caused by
a short created when the sensor was mispositioned in the aspirator
housing and enough strain on the cable for it to bring it into contact
with the housing in the bottom position.
Suggestions: 
Calculation of the Bowen ratio, latent heat flux, and 
sensible heat flux is not possible for this condition.
