SGP/EBBR/E19 - Reprocess: Soil Heat Flow #3 Incorrect

Soil heat flow 3 was incorrect, with values too large positive and too small negative.  
Since the calibration in the program is the one supplied by the vendor, it appears 
that the calibration may be wrong.

Average soil heat flow, sensible heat flux and latent heat flux can be recalculated
using the remaining good sets of soil sensors as follows:
   ave_shf = (g1 + g2 + g4 + g5)/4
   e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + bowen)
   h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Soil heat flow 3(soil_heat_flow_3)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Surface soil heat flux 3(surface_soil_heat_flux_3)
• Soil heat flow 3, corrected for soil moisture(corr_soil_heat_flow_3)
