SGP/EBBR/E20 - AEM Hung

The automatic exchange mechanism frequently hung in one position.  The home signals and 
automated qc in the netcdf data files indicate when this occurred.  Bowen ratio, sensible 
heat flux, and latent heat flux are incorrect for this condition.

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Top T/RH sensor temperature(temp_trh_top)
