SGP/EBBR/E20 - Reprocess: Soil Temperature #3 Incorrect

Soil temperature 3 was incorrect during the indicated periods.

Average soil heat flow, sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux were affected; these can 
be recalculated using the remaining good sets of soil sensors as follows:

ave_shf = (g1 + g2 + g4 + g5)/4

e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + bowen)

h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

• Change in energy storage 3, 0-5 cm soil layer(energy_storage_change_3)
• Surface soil heat flux 3(surface_soil_heat_flux_3)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Soil temperature mean 3(soil_temp_3)
• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
