SGP/EBBR/E13 - Thermocouple out of range, data incorrect

The left thermocouple temperature for 22 December was out of range
between 2030 and 2130 GMT, yielding incorrect values as listed below:

5 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot
15 minute: tair_l
30 minute:  tair_top, tair_bot, bowen, h, e

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)

• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)

• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
