SHB/GNDRAD/C1  - Data logger blown fuse

The data logger was not working during this time period. The problem turned out to be a 
blown fuse. The fuse was replaced and normal operation was restored on the end time noted 
on this record. Also during this time period, the local operator reports that the surface 
was disturbed at some times during the repair.
