SHB/GNDRAD/C1  - Unrealistic values for solar irradiance

The value of solar irradiance measured by the PSP averaged 230 W/m2 during this period. 
These values are unrealistic. The cause of these unreasonable values is not known but this 
time period is during the initial set-up phase. At no times in this period are the values 
realistic. In addition, the Operators Logs note periods of heavy frosting. Even after 
cleaning, frost remained on the domes of the PSP.
