SHB/GNDRAD/C1  - Unrealistic values for infrared irradiance

The value of infrared irradiance measured by the PIR is negative during this period. These 
values are unrealistic. The cause of these unreasonable values is not known but this 
time period is during the initial set-up phase. At no times in this period are the values 
realistic. In addition, the Operators Logs note periods of heavy frosting. Even after 
cleaning, frost remained on the domes of the PIR.
