SHB/GNDRAD/C1  - Surface viewed by sensors is disturbed

The surface viewed by the sensor was marred by footprints during this period. From 
02/18/98 to 02/22/98, the operators were working on the NET instrument, causing surface 
disturbance. By 02/23/98, heavy snow drifts removed the traces of the footprints.
