SHB/GNDRAD/C1  - Surface viewed by sensors was disturbed

There were disturbances in the surface during the entire time period indicated due to 
operators working on equipment in the vicinity of the GNDRAD stand.

From 0000 to 0100, a wooden plank was placed on the ground temporarily which would result 
in a reduction in the upwelling solar radiation.
