TWP/MFRSR/C1 - 870 nm channel (filter 5) failing

The 870 nm channel was failing and generally equal to zero or too low. It returns 
intermittently, but the quality/accuracy of the measurement is unknown. It is possible, with 
caution, for some of the intermittent data to be used by an experienced user, but generally 
for this time period the data is erroneous.
