Description:
RH and values calculated from RH suspect due to malfunction of sensor during saturated 
conditions.  RH readings exceeded 104% and at times reached 111%.  During non-saturated 
periods RH readings appear to be ~20% higher than neighboring sites.
Suggestions: 
Use RH values from nearby sites such as E5 and E7.
