SGP/SMOS/E21 - Data Values Incorrect

Wind speed, wind direction, temperature and relative humidity and all products calculated 
from these values are incorrect.  These sensors were removed for an extended period 
during boom replacement on the tower.  During the time period erroneous data (noise) made it 
into the data logger record.  All data during this time period should be discarded.
