SGP/SIRS/E25 - Missing SIRS E25 20 and 40sec (a0) data

At 18:23:20 GMT on May 16, 2001 SGP SIRS EF station E25 no longer had 20sec and 40sec 
instantaneous data outputs which are typically available as the a0 data stream.  During 
corrective maintenance activities on 5/16/2001 17:55GMT a new datalogger program was uploaded. 
From this point on, both 20sec and 40sec instantaneous data streams are missing. 20sec 
and 40sec data were not available up to 4/8/02 14:00GMT when the E25 system was removed 
for site relocation.

Only 60sec instantaneous data are available for users.
