Description:
Normally, when Battery Voltage drops below 10.5 volts, most 
measurements are suspect and some are often incorrect.
In this particular case, some of the data is suspect when
the battery voltage is below 11.0 volts.

Soil Heat Flow #3 is normally affected first, with other 
measurements following at lower voltages.
Suggestions: 
The user will need to inspect the data carefully to 
determine the useability of the data.
