SGP/EBBR/E12 - AEM Stuck in One Position

When the AEM (Automatic Exchange Mechanism) is hung 
at a home position, the gradients of temperature and 
relative humidity, and thus sensible and latent heat fluxes, 
are incorrect.

There is no work-around to this problem.

• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
