SGP/EBBR/E20 - Reprocess: Net Rad Coefficients Incorrect

The Net Radiometer coefficients were incorrect in the CR10
program when the replacement EBBR unit was installed on
08/09/02.

The data can be easily corrected; see the Suggestion area below.

Positive net radiation measurements must be multiplied by 0.9989
Negative net radiaton measurements must be multiplied by 1.01283

Latent and Sensible Heat Fluxes can be recalculated from the following:

e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + Bowen)

h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Net radiation(net_radiation)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)

• Net radiation(net_radiation)
