SGP/EBBR/E20 - Reprocess: Soil Temperature #1 and Soil Heat Flow #5 Incorrect

Soil Temperature #1 and Soil Heat Flow #5 were incorrect
during these periods. The indicated calculated measurements
are also incorrect.

Recalculate the average soil heat flow (ave_shf),
latent heat flux (e), and sensible heat flux (h)
using only soil sets 2, 3, and 4 as follows:

ave_shf = (g2 + g3 + g4)/3
e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + Bowen)
h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

where q is net radiation and Bowen is the Bowen ratio.

• Change in energy storage 1, 0-5 cm soil layer(energy_storage_change_1)
• Surface soil heat flux 1(surface_soil_heat_flux_1)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
