SGP/EBBR/E7 - Soil Heat Flow #5 Incorrect

Soil Heat Flow Plate #5 data was intermittently incorrect at first 
(values too small negative), then was almost constantly so during the 
last half of the period.

Comparison of the individual soil heat flows will quickly show the times
that soil heat flow #5 was incorrect.

Recalculate the average soil heat flow (ave_shf),
latent heat flux (e), and sensible heat flux (h) 
using only soil sets 1, 2, 3, and 4 as follows:

ave_shf = (g1 + g2 + g3 + g4)/4

e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + Bowen)

h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

where q is net radiation and Bowen is the Bowen ratio.
