SGP/EBBR/E27 - Reference T Sensor Failure

The reference T sensor was not working much of the time, affecting 
all other temperature sensors.  Sensible and latent heat fluxes
were incorrect when this occurred.

No recomputation of the fluxes is possible in this case.

• Reference temperature in enclosure(temp_reference)
• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)

• Left air temperature(temp_air_left)
• Reference temperature in enclosure (resistance ratio)(temp_reference_rr)
• Right air temperature(temp_air_right)

• Bottom air temperature(temp_air_bottom)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Reference temperature in enclosure(temp_reference)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
