SGP/EBBR/E2  - Soil Heat Flow #2 Incorrect

Soil Heat Flow #2 producing incorrect values much of the time.  Average soil heat flow, 
sensible heat flux, and latent heat flux were affected.

Recalculate average soil heat flow from:

ave_shf = (g1 + g3 + g4 + g5)/4

Recalculate sensible and latent heat fluxes from: 

e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + Bowen)

h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

• Surface soil heat flux 2(surface_soil_heat_flux_2)
• Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
• Soil heat flow 2(soil_heat_flow_2)
• Soil heat flow 2, corrected for soil moisture(corr_soil_heat_flow_2)
