SGP/EBBR/E7  - AEM Malfunction, Some Data Incorrect

After a while, the teflon slides on the AEMs warp from
heat and use.  This tends to make the AEM drag, jam, and get hung.
This happened at E7 EBBR.

Replacement of the AEM resolved the problem.

There is no work around to this problem.

• Bowen ratio(bowen_ratio)
• Top air temperature(temp_air_top)
• Bottom relative humidity (fractional)(rh_bottom_fraction)
• Bottom vapor pressure(vapor_pressure_bottom)
