Description:
A cable was hanging under the instrument and was in the field of view of the instrument. 
This resulted in some erroneous increases in the data, frequently around 22GMT. These 
increases are likely from specular reflections off the cable.
Suggestions: 
Use MFR25m data or screen for errors by comparing to MFR25m
