NSA/WSI/C1/C2 - Internal dome fogging/contamination

Outgassing from an internal component condenses over time on the optical dome, resulting 
in a slight fogging which is periodically cleaned off.  All radiance-based files will be 
minimally affected in absolute value but will be degraded in spatial resolution.  No cloud 
retrieval file in the archive will be affected because the WSI QC process removes bad 
files.

Maintain vigilance.  For highly detailed use of the data, contact the mentor.
