Description: | Upwelling longwave data was somewhat noisy during this period. There
was a direct relation to the case and dome thermistor measurements for
the upwelling longwave PIR (UIR). Data quality does not appear to be
greatly affected overall, though instantaneous values had greater
than usual variability. The noise disappeared on 10/19. |
Suggestions: | Use UIR data with caution |
