Description:
The soil temperature #1 measurement spiked quite high at times.

This affected a number of measurements that are dependent on the 
soil temperature measurements.
Suggestions: 
Recalculate the average soil heat flow (ave_shf),
latent heat flux (e), and sensible heat flux (h) 
as follows:

ave_shf = (g2 + g3 + g4 + g5)/4

e = -(q + ave_shf)/(1 + Bowen)

h = -(q + e + ave_shf)

where q is net radiation and Bowen is the Bowen ratio.

  • Change in energy storage 1, 0-5 cm soil layer(energy_storage_change_1)
  • Surface soil heat flux 1(surface_soil_heat_flux_1)
  • Surface latent heat flux(latent_heat_flux)
  • Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
  • Surface sensible heat flux(sensible_heat_flux)
  • Soil temperature 1(soil_temp_1)
