Description:
Battery voltage dropped below levels required to sustain the 
               production of valid data.  The AC charger unit had failed.  
               This prevented charging of the battery during the night and
               prevented the solar panel regulator from properly charging 
               the battery during the day.
Suggestions: 
There is no work around for this problem.
