NSA/MMCR/C1 - Sudden Drop in Reflectivity

Description:
At 0800 on 11/21/03, the reflectivity dropped "unnaturally" (see the  
plot  ).   I checked the health messages and couldn't see any cause of this drop, i.e.tx 
power, t/r switches, power supplies, etc.  I rebooted the system at 2230.
Suggestions: 
Do not use the data.
